Guido, an all white cat of Park Slope, Brooklyn

Details

Update: Guido was found and rescued thanks to the help of the Park Slope community and Patricia Honey. Thank you, Janine, Andrew, Pam, and Carolyn, for letting Patricia and us into your homes so that we could rescue Guido.

Patricia never asked us for anything, but she does accept donations. If you can help her pay the cats' veterinary bills and other rescuing costs, please consider donating to her GoFundMe page.

Original bio: Guido was last seen on 16th St, between Webster Pl and Jackson Pl. The night we moved to Park Slope, Guido ran away after one of the movers opened the door he was locked in. He is an indoor cat and has never been outside before. Guido must be terrified. He is very friendly but may be too scared to approach people. If you see him, please get in touch with us immediately.

Guido was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, but has called Brooklyn home since 2017. He wakes his parents every night to get his food; we miss that very much. His main hobbies are finding a nice warm lap to sleep on and a friendly hand to pet him. Bonus points if the hand is holding a FURminator.

Guido is not a programmer, but he knows his name is a tribute to Guido Van Rossum, the creator of the Python language.
